| Résumé: | This paper deals with the study of the experience of Saudi International Petrochemical «SIPCHEM» instruments for Sukuk Al Mudaraba.
Because of their need to finance the necessary expansion of capitalism in the company's new projects. In the light of the above, the problem addressed by this paper can be formulated as follows:
What is the role of the economic and developmental instruments played by sukuk al mudaraba?
Or in other words, what does the industrial sector wait from sukuk al mudaraba? |
