| Résumé: | Scholars agreedon thelegality of theinvestmentand development of el Waqfdue to its significant contribution to the economic and social development. Tha Islamic financial engineering has created a number of Islamic financial products that meet the needs of the investments without resorting to traditional interest-based products, when the most important of these products is Sukuk. In this research, we will focus to the Sukuk of waqf , and we will try to highlight the real opportunities to finance and invest the Algerian waqf based on this kind of Sukuk. |
