Abstract

The Islamic Sukuk is one from the leading financial instruments that have proved their worth in supporting the economies of nations in various fields , and perhaps the most prominent investment projects in Muslim countries - that have enacted laws to this tool - based on Islamic Sukuk , therefore this study aims to highlight the active role of Islamic instruments in economic growth and accurately in financing infrastructure projects through a case study the international airport expansion project 8 May 1945 in setif city. Add to propose a formula Musharakah Mutanaqisah as a formula for Islamic sukuk that can be applied in the airport project and to highlight the advantages of this application in the Algerian economy, as well as the put forward of this model to structure the proposed formula of Sukuk through the relationship between the parties to the sukuk. And to propose innovative formula of Islamic Sukuk under the name of "Sukuk" golden which is characterized by specific qualities to keep the installations owned by the government.
