Abstract

Islamic financial engineering aims to create mechanisms and tools represent creative solutions for financial management, combining economic efficiency, legitimacy and credibility. Among these mechanisms and tools created by the Islamic financial engineering through systematic simulation and innovation, we find that the Islamic securitization is a legitimate alternative to the securitization of Muharram and all methods used by financial institutions to finance their investment projects, including real estate projects. This study was to shed light on the mechanism of Islamic securitization and its role in financing housing projects in Algeria and how they can take advantage of this mechanism to enhance the efficiency of real estate development projects in Algeria, especially the development of housing projects integrated The study found a range of results , including: working mechanism of securitization Islamic reduction cost housing projects and increase the competition of these projects that benefit the citizens through the promotion of the diversity of access to housing . Add to that the entry of the private sector party to address the increased need for housing may bring sustainability to address the problem of housing and be supportive , especially in periods that can be less than the chances of government support for any reason.
