Abstract

This study aims to examine the extent to approach the laws to the waves of Islamic financial innovation by doing an evaluation study of the Jordanian law instruments of Islamic finance , as one of the most important Islamic financial products and the most widespread, and studying the response of this law to the aspirations of those in charge of Islamic finance industry , and the impact of this law on the dynamic of Islamic financial instruments and on there levels of transparency . In addition we are trying to monitor the most important additions to differentiate between the Islamic financial instruments and traditional financial instruments , as the slide towards the same approach taken by the traditional engineering in the design of financial products is the greatest threat to the Islamic financial industry.
