Abstract

This study deals with the legitimate mechanism that promise binding. It is one of the most important mechanisms of contemporary Islamic financial engineering. It contributes in the innovation of new products. The main achievement using this mechanism is the formula of "El Murabaha" to buy something. This Research defines the promise, Murabaha and the loyalty of keeping the promise and doing it. It also deals with the legitimate problems which are exactly about the promise binding the contract and legality of financial compensations stated religiously. Finally this research or study reviews the alternatives and solutions to get rid of these problems. The purpose is to achieve the economic efficiency and legitimate credibility of Islamic financial products .
