Abstract

This research aims at The impact of Intellectual capital on the Jordanian private universities successful. To achieve this goal the researcher undertook a field study of Jordanian private universities – by interviewing a sample represented by some administrative directors, deans and the heads of departments in order to know the level of intellectual capital importance. It became evident to the researcher that the concept and importance of intellectual capital were ambiguous as far as the directors are concerned, mixing between that concept and intellectual ownership. In addition, there is no recognition of the impact of intellectual capital on the value of the company domestically or externally, And to find the perception for the impact of the intellectual capital elements as polarization and industry intellectual capital and activate, preservation, customer focus on the success of Jordanian universities own, as study aimed to shed light on the consequences of the interest in this area and provide all requirements of potential.
