واقع مناخ الاستثمار في الجزائر: بين الحوافز والعوائق

Abstract

Despite the gradual improvements of the investment climate in Algeria, with regard to the advantages and incentives provided, the national and foreign investments’ size still doesn’t reach a good position in accordance with the available opportunities. Unfortunately, this fact is due to some obstacles that corrupt and damage work environment. In the present paper, we attempt to analyze the investment climate, in Algeria, with specific reference to a recent regulation, casting light on the most outstanding obstacles of investment in Algeria.
