Abstract

The aim of this scientific production is to enable first-year Master's students – specializing in Accounting and Auditing – to acquire deep analytical and cognitive skills in processing the accounting operations of consolidated companies, and the stages they go thru in order to prepare and present consolidated financial statements. This content has been produced in a simplified academic style, supported by exercises and solutions, with a focus on balancing the theoretical aspect, which was a summary of lessons in forms and tables, and the practical aspect represented by exercise series and their solutions related to each chapter, contributing to enhancing students' abilities in analysis, auditing, and making sound accounting decisions. هدف هذا الإنتاج العلمي إلى تمكين طلبة السنة الأولى ماستر – تخصص محاسبة وتدقيق – من اكتساب مهارات تحليلية ومعرفية معمقة في معالجة العمليات المحاسبية الخاصة بالشركات المجمعة، والمراحل التي تمر عليها من أجل اعداد وعرض قوائم مالية موحدة. وقد تم انجاز هذا المحتوى بأسلوب أكاديمي مبسط، مدعّم بتمارين وحلول، مع الحرص على التوفيق بين الجانب النظري الذي كان عبارة عن ملخص لدروس في أشكال وجداول، والبعد التطبيقي المتمثل في سلاسل التمارين وحلها والمرتبطة بكل فصل، بما يساهم في تعزيز قدرات الطلبة على التحليل والتدقيق واتخاذ القرار المحاسبي الرشيد
