| Résumé: | This course pack presents the fundamental theoretical and analytical foundations for understanding the behavior of economic agents in the market. It begins with an introduction to basic microeconomic concepts and analytical tools, then examines consumer behavior through both the cardinal and ordinal utility approaches. The course also addresses demand and supply, market equilibrium, the measurement of elasticities, and market equilibrium applications. Furthermore, it analyzes producer behavior through production theory and costs of production, enabling a comprehensive understanding of how firms make optimal production and cost-minimization decisions. |
