دور المراكز اللوجستية في تدعيم قطاع النقل البحري للبضائع

Abstract

مع تطور المراكز اللوجستية، هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التركيز على أهمية المراكز اللوجستية في دعم وتطوير النقل البحري مع التركيز على تجربة المملكة العربية السعودية كدراسة حالة. وقد تناولت الإطار المفاهيمي للنقل البحري والمراكز اللوجستية مبرزة دورها في تسهيل حركة البضائع، تخفيض التكاليف، وزيادة تطوير الموانئ البحرية. كما استهدفت الدراسة مبادرات المملكة العربية السعودية في إطار رؤية السعودية 2030، التي تسعى إلى جعل المملكة مركزا لوجستيا عالميا، من خلال تطوير البنية التحتية، إنشاء مناطق لوجستية متقدمة. كما تم تحليل بعض المراكز اللوجستية الكبرى مثل: ميناء جدة الإسلامي، ميناء الملك عبد العزيز بالدمام، مبرزة دورها في زيادة حجم الصادرات والواردات، ورفع تنافسية النقل البحري السعودي، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تطوير المراكز اللوجستية يعزز من قدرة المملكة على لعب دور محوري في حركة التجارة العالمية، خصوصا مع موقعها الجغرافي الاستراتيجي.

Abstract : With the development of logistics centers, thisstudyaimed to focus on the importance of logistics centers in supporting and developing maritime transport, focusing on the experience of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a case study. _and has addressed the conceptualframework of maritime transport and logistics centers highlightingtheirrole in facilitating the movement of goods, reducingcosts, and increasing the development of seaports. The studyalsotargeted the initiatives of the Western kingdom of Saudi Arabia within the framework of the Saudi Vision 2030, whichseeks to make the kingdom a global logistics center, through the development of infrastructure, the establishment of advancedlogistics zones. Some major logistics centers werealsoanalyzed, SuchasJeddahIslamic Port, King Abdul Aziz port in Dammam, highlightingtheirrole in increasing the volume of exports andimports, and raising the competitiveness of Saudi maritime transport،the studyfoundthat the development of logistics centers enhances the kingdom'sability to play a pivotal role in the global trademovement, especially withitsstrategicgeographical location.
