أثر التكامل العمودي على الأداء المالي للشركات

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر التكامل العمودي على الأداء المالي للشركات، من خلال دراسة حالة شركة "ماشا للزيوت" كنموذج تطبيقي. وقد تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يجمع بين توصيف الظاهرة المدروسة وتحليل البيانات بهدف الوصول إلى نتائج دقيقة وموضوعية. كما تم جمع البيانات من خلال المقابلات المباشرة مع مسؤولي الشركة المسير الأول والمسير الثاني،مساهم،مدير المبيعات والتسويق، بالإضافة إلى تحليل التقارير المالية والإدارية الخاصة بالشركة.و تمثلت الإشكالية في التساؤل حول مدى مساهمة التكامل العمودي في تحسين الأداء المالي لشركة ماشا للزيوت. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن شركة ماشا استفادت بشكل ملموس من تطبيق إستراتيجية التكامل العمودي، سواء في جانب التوريد أو التوزيع. وقد أدى هذا التكامل إلى تحسن ملحوظ في الأداء المالي، من خلال ارتفاع مؤشرات الربحية، وتخفيض التكاليف، بالإضافة إلى تحسين جودة المنتجات والسيطرة على مراحل الإنتاج المختلفة، مما ساهم في رفع القدرة التنافسية للشركة في السوق. في ضوء النتائج المتوصل إليها، توصي الدراسة بضرورة مواصلة التوسع في التكامل العمودي بشكل مدروس، خاصة في القطاعات المرتبطة مباشرة بالإنتاج والتوزيع، مع تعزيز آليات الرقابة والتخطيط الاستراتيجي لضمان استدامة النتائج الإيجابية. كما توصي بالاستثمار في تكنولوجيا المعلومات كوسيلة لدعم عمليات التكامل وتحسين الفعالية التشغيلية والمالية للشركة. This study aimed to analyze the impact of vertical integration on the financial performance of companies through a case study of "Masha Oil" company as an applied model. The descriptive analytical approach was adopted, which combines the description of the studied phenomenon and data analysis with the goal of reaching accurate and objective results. Data was collected through direct interviews with company officials including the CEO, financial manager, shareholders, sales manager, and marketing manager, in addition to analyzing financial reports and administrative records specific to the company. The problem was addressed through questioning the extent of vertical integration's contribution to improving the financial performance of Masha Oil company. The study results showed that Masha company benefited significantly from implementing the vertical integration strategy, whether on the supply or distribution side. This integration led to a noticeable improvement in financial performance through increased profit indicators, cost reduction, and improved product quality, in addition to improving control over different production stages, which contributed to enhancing the company's competitive capacity in the market. In light of the reached results, the study recommends the necessity of continuing expansion in vertical integration in a gradual manner, especially in sectors directly related to production and distribution, with strengthening strategic monitoring and planning mechanisms to ensure the sustainability of positive results. It also recommends investing in information technology as a means to support integration processes and improve the operational and financial efficiency of the company.
