Abstract

Through this paper, we aim to give a brief vision to the Algerian Government’s efforts which have been done since 1988 till now to the economic reforms. In order to launch the reform, The Algerian Authority has concentrated on two main programs, the Privatisation Program and Investment Program. The application of these programs has begun to give positive macro-economics results, such as, the developing role of private sector in investment, the positive growth rate (6% in 2003) and the diminishing of the public debts. We aim also to know The main constraints still face the government efforts, and the possible solutions that may be found.
