Résumé: The purpose of this study is to analyze managers attitudes un public sector of the Industrial areas of Ghardaia, toward the availability of stimulants of creativity (managerial styles, organizational situation, creativity, support, supervisor , freedom, recognition, and challenge), and obstacles of creativity (insufficient time, status quo, political problem, evaluation pressure insufficient financial resources, job situation, and law ands rules).and the availability of the characteristics of creativity managers. The study also aims at exploring the statistical difference between availability of creativity stimulants obstacles, and characteristics , and related to the personal characteristics of managers (managers, assistant managers to the department heads, and division managers). The data were subject to the following statistical methods of analysis: percentages, frequencies, means, standard deviations, one way anova, F-test, and correlation.
