Abstract

This paper Provide comparative analysis among different forms of insurance. The purpose is to find out the basic pragmatic Islamic economic principles that give rules to form credible Islamic insurance companies. The study begins ,in the first section, with an introduction that include: an elaboration of insurance definitions as exposure of the different point of views regarding the Islamically legal form of mutual insurance, the importance of study, the dialogue development of the FIGH-economics rules towards insurance, and the problem and methodology dimensions of the study. Second section determine the relation of FIGH-economics rules to SHARIAH verses, FIGH bases, and clauses. In section three, the analysis focus on the extent of difference between the outlaw of Islamic mutual insurance companies and their modus operandi. The study is concluded, in the fourth section, with results and recommendations to develop the insurance statues and institutions in the Muslim Arab world.
