دور الرقمنة في تحسين أداء الإدارة الجبائية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة الرقــــمنة في تحسين أداء الإدارة الجبـائــــية بمركز الضرائب سطيف، على مستوى البعدين الداخلي والخارجي. تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي لتحليل مختلف المفاهيم، والمنهج الكمي التحليلي لتحليل نتائج الدراسة، إلى جانب أدوات جمع البيانات المتمثلة في المقابلة والاستبيان، شملت العينة 60 موظفا في الإدارة الجبـائــــية و60 شريكا جبائيا. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الرقــــمنة ساهمت بشكل بارز في تحسين الأداء الجبائي داخليا عبر رفع الكفاءة، وخارجيا من خلال تعزيز العلاقة مع الشركاء الجبائيين This study aims to examine the extent to which digitalization contributes to enhancing the performance of the tax administration at the Sétif Tax Center, both on the internal and external levels. The descriptive method was employed to analyze the various concepts, while the analytical quantitative approach was used to interpret the study’s findings. Data collection tools included interviews, questionnaires. The study sample consisted of 60 employees from the tax administration and 60 fiscal partners. The study concluded that digitalization has played a significant role in improving fiscal performance internally by increasing efficiency, and externally by strengthening the relationship with fiscal partners.
