| Résumé: | This article investigates whether the Algerian Stock Exchange (ASE) is efficient. Specifically, it focuses on the relationship between information and stock prices and analyses the responsiveness of a sample of workers-shareholders to some events which occurred in their firm. It reveals lack of financial culture and deficiencies in both the information market and resource allocation. Finally, it indicates that public information is not reflected in stock prices |
