| Résumé: | This study aimed to identify the role played by business incubators and
entrepreneurship development centers in supporting student entrepreneurs. It
employed a descriptive-analytical approach in the theoretical aspect, utilizing
relevant primary references in both Arabic and foreign languages. Data obtained
was analyzed using SPSS version 28, and interviews were conducted with those
in charge of these centers
.
University support and mentoring agencies offer training and guidance programs
for students with entrepreneurial ideas, relying on a group of qualified and
experienced instructors and mentors from professors and social partners such as
the National Agency for the Support and Promotion of Investment (NASDA).
Entrepreneurs are also called upon to share their successful entrepreneurship
experiences, encouraging student entrepreneurs to continue to realize their
entrepreneurial ideas. Despite this, these agencies continue to face numerous
challenges, most notably a lack of funding, limited space in light of the
increasing number of student entrepreneurs, and the difficulty of reconciling
pedagogical commitments with the training and development requirements of
students. |
