| Résumé: | هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على أثر النظافة الاستشفائية على السلامة المهنية في المركز الاستشفائي الجامعي سعادنة عبد النور بسطيف.
تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لمعرفة اتجاه عينة الدراسة حول أثر المتغير المستقل (النظافة الاستشفائية) على المتغير التابع (إجراءات السلامة المهنية) والتي تتمثل في (الوقاية الشخصية, التدريب, وسائل الأمن). تم توزيع 70 استبانة, على عينة بسيطة من موظفي المركز الاستشفائي الجامعي.
توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود أثر إيجابي للنظافة الاستشفائية على السلامة المهنية, ووجود أثر إيجابي للنظافة الاستشفائية على بعدي الوقاية الشخصية والتدريب, وعدم وجود أثر إيجابي للنظافة الاستشفائية على وسائل الأمن.
The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of hospital hygiene on occupational safety at the University Hospital Center Saadna Abdelnour in Setif.
The descriptive method was used to determine the direction of the study concerning the independent variable (hospital hygiene) and it is effect on the dependent variable (occupational safety procedures), which include personal protection, training, and safety tools. A sample of 70 individuals was randomly distributed simple employees of the University Hospital Center.
The study concluded that there is a positive effect of hospital hygiene on occupational safety, and there is a statistically significant positive correlation between hospital hygiene and both personal protection and training, as well as the availability of safety tools. |
