Résumé: The aim of this study was to investigate the present level of job satisfaction among faculty members at Irbid private University and its relationship with age, academic experience, nationality, academic rank, and course specialization. The results showed that there was middle level of job non-financial incentives. High level of job satisfaction with regard to work environment and financial and non-financial incentives. High level of job satisfaction related to faculty members’ relations and their relations to management accrued. Results also indicated that there were no significant differences in job satisfaction due to age, experience, nationality and academic rank. In which significant differences were found in job satisfaction related to the specialization variable
