دور محافظ الحسابات في تقييم نظام الرقابة الداخلية في المؤسسة الإقتصادية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان دور محافظ الحسابات في تقييم نظام الرقابة الداخلية داخل المؤسسة الاقتصادية، باعتبار أن هذا النظام يشكّل إحدى الركائز الأساسية لضمان حماية أصول المؤسسة، وصدق بياناتها المالية والمحاسبية. كما سعت الدراسة إلى إبراز مسؤوليات محافظ الحسابات والإجراءات التي يتبعها في تقييم نظام الرقابة الداخلية. وقد خلصت النتائج إلى أن وجود محافظ الحسابات داخل المؤسسة أصبح ضروري للحفاظ على اصولها، وللحد من أية أخطر مستقبلية وضمان الإستخدام الأمثل للموارد، بما يساهم في تمكين الإدارة من تحقيق أهدافها بأعلى درجات الفعالية والمصداقية. This study aims to clarify the role of the governor of accounts in assessing the internal control system within an economic institution, as this system constitutes one of the main pillars to ensure the protection of the organization's assets and the truthfulness of its financial and accounting statements. The study also sought to highlight the responsibilities of the governor of accounts and the procedures he follows in assessing the internal control system. The results concluded that the presence of the governor of accounts within the organization has become necessary to preserve its assets, limit any future risks and ensure the optimal use of resources, thus enabling management to achieve its objectives with the highest degree of effectiveness and credibility
