أثر الأنماط القيادية على السلوك الإبداعي لدى العاملين

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر الأنماط القيادية بأبعادها الثلاثة المتمثلة في (النمط الأوتوقراطي، النمط الديمقراطي، النمط الحر ) على السلوك الإبداعي للعاملين في فرع حبوب الهضاب العليا سطيف، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي كما تم استخدام الاستبيان والمقابلة كأدوات لجمع المعلومات حيث وزع الاستبيان على عينة إجمالي تمثلت في 33 فرد من العاملين في المؤسسة أما المقابلة فقد تم إجرائها مع مجموعة من المدراء ورؤساء الأقسام، وقد تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: -يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للأنماط القيادية بأبعادها الثلاثة على السلوك الإبداعي -النمط الأوتوقراطي يؤثر بشكل ايجابي وقوي في السلوك الإبداعي -النمط الديمقراطي له تأثير معتدل في تعزيز الإبداع لكنه ليس النمط الأكثر تأثيرا -توجد دلالة إحصائية قوية بين النمط الحر و السلوك الإبداعي Abstract : This study aimed to identify the impact of leadership styles, with their three dimensions (autocratic, democratic, and the free style) on the creative behavior of the workers in Upper Plateau Grain Branch setif. This study was based on the descriptive method, using a questionnaire and an interview as information collection tools. the questionnaire was distributed to a total sample of 33 employees, while the interview was conducted with a group of managers and department heads. the data were analyzed using the statistical package programme SPSS. The study yielded several results, the most important of which are: -There is a statistically significant effect of leadership styles in their three dimensions on creative behavior. -the autocratic leadership style has a strong and positive influence on creative behavior. -the democratic leadership style has a moderate effect in fostering creativity, but it is not the most influential style. -there is a strong statistical significance between the free style and creative behavior.
