أثر التحفيزات الجبائية على تعزيز المؤسسات الناشئة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر التحفيزات الجبائية على تعزيز المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر، ولتحقيق ذلك تم استهداف عينة من المؤسسات النائشة قدرها 34 مؤسسة وتم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة أساسية في جمع البيانات مدعمة بالمقابلة الشخصية لمسيري ، ملاك ومحاسبي هذه المؤسسات، وقد تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها : أن التحفيزات الجبائية تلعب دورًا فعّالًا في تعزيز المؤسسات الناشئة الجزائرية من خلال زيادة الإيرادات وتحقيق الاستمرارية في السوق،في حين أثبتت الدراسة عدم تأثير هذه التحفيزات على نمو العمالة. Abstract : This study aimed to measure the impact of tax incentives on the promotion of startups in Algeria. To achieve this goal, a sample of 34 startups was targeted, and a questionnaire was used as the primary tool for data collection, supported by personal interviews with the managers, owners, and accountants of these companies. The data was analyzed using the statistical software SPSS. The study arrived at several findings, the most significant of which is that tax incentives play an effective role in supporting Algerian startups by increasing revenues and ensuring sustainability in the market. However, the study found that these incentives had no significant impact on employment growth.
