دراسة تحليلية لمستقبل المراكز المالية العالمية باستخدام نموذج Swot_

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث الى دراسة مستقبل المراكز المالية العالمية ، من خلال تطبيق نموذج التحليل الرباعي الاستراتيجي و ذلك عبر دراسة تحليلية لمركز دبي المالي العالمي، تناول الجانب النظري من البحث مفهوم المراكز المالية ، مزاياها ، ومعايير تصنيفها في المؤشرات العالمية ، مع التركيز على مؤشر المراكز المالية العالمية و بيان إيجابياته و سلبياته . كما تناول البحث مجالات القدرة التنافسية ومكوناتها التي تستخدم في تصنيف المراكز المالية .في الجانب التطبيقي تم تحليل البيئة الداخلية والخارجية لمركز دبي المالي باستخدام نموذج التحليل الرباعي ، حيث تم تحديد نقاط القوة والضعف والفرص والتهديدات ، تبين أن المركز يتبنى استراتيجية هجومية توظف نقاط القوة لاستثمار الفرص المتاحة . انتهى البحث بأن مركز دبي المالي يتمتع بمقومات تؤهله لتعزيز موقعه ضمن أقوى المراكز المالية العالمية مستقبلا شريطة مواصلة الإبتكار وتطوير التشريعات وتحسين التنافسية والاستدامة.

This research aims to explore the future of global financial centres through the application of the SWOT strategic analysis model , using the Dubai Interational financial centre ( DIFC ) as a case study . The theoretical part examines the concept and advantages of financial centres , as well as the criteria used to rank them globally-particularly focusing on the Global financial centres index (GFCI ) and its strengths and limitations. The study also addresses the fields and components of competitivenessthat impact global financial centre rankings. In the applied section , the internal and external environment of the DIFC was analyzed using the SWOT model . identifying strengths , Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. The findings indicate that the centre follows an aggressive(SO) strategy , leveraging its strengths to seize available Opportunities. The study concludes that DIFC has the potential to strengthen its position among leading global financial centres in the future, provided it continues to innovate , enhance regulations , and boost competitiveness and sustainbility.
