دور بطاقــــة الأداء المتوازن في تقييم الأداءالمالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل العلاقة بين أبعاد بطاقة الأداء المتوازن ومؤشرات الأداء المالي المعتمدة في المؤسسات الاقتصادية، ومحاولة تطبيق البطاقة، ومن أجل ذلك تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوطني في الإطار النظري لهذه الدراسة، والمنهج التحليلي باتباع أسلوب دراسة الحالة والمقابلة في الجانب التطبيقي، وذلك بتطبيق أبعاد البطاقة ومؤشرات تقييم الأداء المالي لفرع حبوب الهضاب العليا خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2020 الى 2023، بالاعتماد على بياناتها المالية. وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة الى مدى أهمية تبني بطاقة الأداء المتوازن كنظام متكامل لتقييم الأداء المالي، وتحديد نقاط القرة والضعف والكشف عن أهم الاختلالات المالية التي يعاني منها وتقديم الحلول المناسبة له ABSTRACT: This study aimed to analyze the relationship between the dimensions of the balanced scorecard and the financial performance indicators adopted in economic institutions, and try to apply the card, For this purpose, the descriptive method was used in the theoretical framework of this study, and the analytical method followed the method of case Study and interview in the applied side, by applying the dimensions of the card and the indicators for evaluating the financial performance of the branches of the upper plateaus grains during the period from 2020 to 2023, based on their financial Data. This study has found the importance of applying a balanced Scorecard as an integrated system for assessing financial performance, identifying the most important financial imbalances and providing appropriate Solutions.
