Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة دور الخدمات اللوجستية في تحسين الأداء التصديري لمؤسسة ايريس " IRIS EURL SATEREX "، وقد تم إبراز أهمية وظيفة اللوجستيك كوظيفة حيوية تساعد المؤسسة في سيرورة أنشطتها وعملياتها بشكل مرن وفعال، يجعلها قادرة على تحسين أدائها التصديري. لهذا قمنا بإثبات ذلك من خلال دراستنا الميدانية التي كانت بمؤسسة " IRIS EURL SATEREX "، المصنعة لمنتجات IRIS النشطة في مجال إنتاج الأجهزة الكهرو منزلية، وقد اعتمدنا في جمع البيانات على أسلوبي المقابلة والملاحظة، وهو ما ساعدنا في جمع المعلومات ذات قيمة، تم تحليلها وتفسيرها واستخلاص نتائج تمحورت في الدور الذي تلعبه الخدمات اللوجستية في تحقيق جودة منتجات IRIS بأسعار تنافسية تناسب القدرة الشرائية لأي زبون، نظرا إلى تخفيض التكاليف من جهة وتوفير المنتجات في المكان والزمان المناسبين. وهذا ما يساعد الشركة في تعظيم أرباحها وبقائها في السوق الأجنبية. وعليه نستخلص أن للخدمات اللوجستية لمؤسسة ايريس " IRIS EURL SATEREX " دور في تحسين الأداء التصديري. وهذا ما يؤكد الأهداف المرجوة من الدراسة. This study aimed to understand the role of logistics services in improving the export performance of "IRIS EURL SATEREX." It highlighted the importance of logistics as a vital function that helps the company conduct its activities and operations flexibly and efficiently, enabling it to enhance its export performance. To confirm this, a field study was conducted at "IRIS EURL SATEREX," a manufacturer of IRIS brand home appliances. Data was collected through interviews and observations, providing valuable information. This information was analyzed and interpreted, leading to conclusions about the role of logistics services in achieving the quality of IRIS products at competitive prices suitable for any customer's purchasing power. This is attributed to cost reduction on one hand, and providing products at the right place and time on the other. Ultimately, this helps the company maximize its profits and maintain its presence in foreign markets. Therefore, it can be concluded that the logistics services of "IRIS EURL SATEREX" play a significant role in improving export performance, thus confirming the study's objectives
