أثر العوامل الاقتصادية والتجارية على تحقيق الأمن الغذائي في الجزائر

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل تأثير العوامل الاقتصادية والتجارية على تحقيق الأمن الغذائي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990–2022. ركزت على دراسة العلاقة بين الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، مؤشر إنتاج الغذاء، ومؤشر أسعار الغذاء العالمي، باستخدام منهجية قياسية عبر نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة (ARDL). خلصت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة معنوية بين المؤشرات الاقتصادية المدروسة والأمن الغذائي، مؤكدة على هشاشة الوضع الغذائي في ظل الاعتماد الكبير على الاستيراد وتقلبات الأسواق العالمية. وقد أوصت الدراسة بتعزيز الإنتاج المحلي، تنويع مصادر الغذاء، وتبني سياسات اقتصادية مستدامة لضمان الأمن الغذائي الوطني. Summary This study aims to analyze the impact of economic and trade factors on achieving food security in Algeria during the period 1990–2022. It focuses on examining the relationship between GDP, the Food Production Index, and the Global Food Price Index using the ARDL (Autoregressive Distributed Lag) model. The results reveal a significant correlation between the studied economic indicators and food security, highlighting the fragility of Algeria’s food situation due to heavy reliance on imports and global market fluctuations. The study recommends boosting domestic production, diversifying food supply sources, and adopting sustainable economic policies to ensure national food security.
