Stability Results for a Coupled System of Viscoelastic Wave Equation With Acoustic Boundary Conditions

Abstract

In this thesis, we study the asymptotic behavior of viscoelastic wave equations with acoustic boundary conditions on a portion of the boundary and nonlinear source term of logarithmic type. Under some hypothesis on the initial data by using a recently results in mathematical analysis, we tried the general decay results. To achieve this goal, we use the multiplier method such as the energy method, the Lyapunov functional, the well-depth method.
