الخدمات المالية الرقمية كألية لتعزيز الشمول المالي

Abstract

تهدف هذه المذكرة إلى دراسة مدى مساهمة الخدمات المالية الرقمية في تعزيز الشمول المالي في الجزائر، مع التركيز على بنك القرض الشعبي الجزائري كدراسة حالة. تناولت الدراسة الإطار النظري لمفهوم الشمول المالي، وأهميته الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، بالإضافة إلى تحليل دور التحول الرقمي في القطاع المصرفي. ومن خلال الدراسة الميدانية، تبيّن أن البنك قد أحرز تقدمًا ملحوظًا في رقمنة خدماته، مما ساعد في تسهيل الوصول إلى الخدمات المالية لشريحة واسعة من السكان، خاصة في المناطق الحضرية. ومع ذلك، لا تزال هناك تحديات مثل ضعف البنية التحتية الرقمية، وقلة الوعي المالي الرقمي، خصوصًا في المناطق الريفية. واختُتمت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات لتحسين فعالية هذه الخدمات في دعم الشمول المالي Abstract in English: This thesis aims to examine the contribution of digital financial services in promoting financial inclusion in Algeria, with a focus on the Banque de Développement Local (BDL) as a case study. The research explores the theoretical framework of financial inclusion, its economic and social significance, and analyzes the role of digital transformation in the banking sector. The field study revealed that the bank has made significant progress in digitizing its services, which has facilitated access to financial services for a broad segment of the population, especially in urban areas. However, challenges remain, such as weak digital infrastructure and limited financial literacy, particularly in rural regions. The study concludes with a set of recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of digital services in supporting financial inclusion
