| Résumé: | This dissertation investigates the asymptotic behavior of a transmission problem in a thin domain of ℝ³,
characterized by Tresca type friction condition. The study employs advanced mathematical tools, including
variational inequalities and functional spaces, to model and analyze the mechanical interactions between elastic
bodies. The problem, defined within a bounded domain, highlights the complex dynamics of contact and friction
phenomena, offering insights into the behavior of elastic materials under specified boundary and transmission
conditions. The results encompass existence, uniqueness, and convergence analysis, contributing to applications
in mechanics and engineering. |
