دور إدارة الوقت في تحسين أداء المؤسسة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مفهوم إدارة الوقت ومبادئها، وقياس مدى تطبيقها في المؤسسة الوطنية للمنتجات الكهروكيميائية في سطيف سنة 2025، كما هدفت لتحديد دور إدارة الوقت في تحسين الأداء العام للمؤسسة. اعتمدت هذه لدراسة على المنهج الوصفي للتعبير عن الظاهرة المدروسة كما وكيفا ووصفها بدقة. استهدفت الدراسة عينة من العمال في المؤسسة محل الدراسة وبلغ عددهم 47 عاملا، حيث وزع على أفراد العينة استبيانات، تضمنت هذه الاستبيانات جزأين: الجزء الأول يحتوي بيانات عامة عن الأفراد المجيبين والجزء الثاني يحتوي مجموعة من الأسئلة قسمت لمحاور بما يتناسب مع موضوع الدراسة، تم معالجة هذه الاستبيانات باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة وذلك بالاعتماد على مخرجات برنامج SPSS، وتم تدعيم الاستبيان بأداة المقابلة. توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن توجيه الوقت هو الأكثر تأثيرا في أداء المؤسسة محل الدراسة كما أن المؤسسة تولي اهتماما كبيرا بعملية التخطيط كأداة فعالة لإدارة الوقت. قدمت الدراسة مقترحات لإدارة وقت فعالة بما يساهم في تحسين الأداء المؤسسي، كما أكدت على ضرورة اعتماد الوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة لتحقيق ذلك. Summary: This study aimed to identify the concept of time management and its principles, as well as to measure the extent of its application in the National Electrochemical Products Institusion in setif in the year 2025, it also aimed to determine the role of time management in improving the overall performance of the instutition. This study adopted the descriptive approach to accuratelly examine the phenomenon both qualitatively and quantitatively. The study targeted a sample of workers in the institution under study, numbering 47 workers. Questionnaires were distributed to the sample members. These questionnaires included two parts: the first part contained general data about the responding individuals, and the second part contained a set of questions divided into axes in accordance with the subject of the study. These questionnaires were analyzed using appropriate statistical methods based on the outputs of the SPSS program, and the questionnaire data were supported by an interview tool. This study concluded that time management has the greatest impact on the performance of the instutition under study, and that the organization pays great attention to the planning process as an effective tool for time management. The study presented proposals for effective time management that would contribute to improving institutional performance, and emphasized the need to adopt modern technological tools to achieve this goal.
