Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على كيفية تأثير التغيرات البيئية على سلاسل الإمداد، دراسة حالة قناة بنما ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قمنا بتقسيم بحثنا إلى جانب نظري وآخر تطبيقي، حيث تضمن الجانب النظري المفاهيم المتعلقة بسلاسل الإمداد والنقل، ودراسة موضوع التغيرات البيئية وأبعادها، ركز القسم التطبيقي على تحليل أزمة قناة بنما، التي أصبحت عقبة حرجة في سلاسل التوريد العالمية بسبب الجفاف والتغيرات المناخية والبيئية. وخلصت الدراسة، مستمدة رؤاها من الجانبين النظري والتطبيقي، إلى أن التغيرات البيئية تمثل تحديًا حقيقيًا لسلاسل التوريد العالمية. لذلك، من الضروري للشركات والحكومات تعزيز المرونة والاستدامة في تخطيطها اللوجستي لمواجهة هذه التحديات بفعالية Abstract : The study aimed to understand how environmental changes impact supply chains, with a focus on the Panama Canal as a case study. To achieve this objective, we divided our research into two parts: a theoretical section and an applied section. The theoretical part covered concepts related to supply chains and transportation, and explored the topic of environmental changes and their various dimensions. The applied section focused on analyzing the Panama Canal crisis, which became a critical bottleneck in global supply chains due to drought and climatic/environmental changes. The study concluded, drawing insights from both the theoretical and applied aspects, that environmental changes represent a real challenge for global supply chains. Therefore, it is imperative for companies and governments to enhance resilience and sustainability in their logistics planning to effectively address these challenges.
