Titre: Simulation des procédés d'indentation et de rayage par élément finis et éléments distincts

Résumé: The glass is a fragile said material during the tests of indentation and rayage, its behavior is still unknown. The work realized in for purpose to characterize the behavior of glasses in indentation and rayage by means of the digital methods (digital simulation). Besides, and after these tests, printed remain showing the existence of the parameters which have influence these tests. Under the code of calculate (ABAQUS), we emitted two hypotheses. In the first place on the glass plasticity. By simulations élastoplastiques (under software ABAQUS) were realized by elements finished with several laws of behavior. To adapt these laws to stick on the reality, we are perceived, compared with experimental data, which the simulation shows (in our conditions of calculation): the material dives under the indenteur on all the contact area and always passes by in the same direction. Take into account the pressure to deduct the characteristics of the material under indentation (curve strength-movement, the imprint of indentation and influence of friction). The second hypothesis on a phenomenon of permanent glass deformation. We thus feigned the test of rayage under the same code of calculate ( ABAQUS) to show the influence of certain parameters on tests of rayage with regard to compared with a test of rayage experimental, such as the strengths normal and transverse. Finally we used the method of the different elements to test the damage and the fissuring, and to conclude the validation of this mode of simulation in indentation with a comparison between our results and other experimental results or results of other simulations.
