Effet de l'anisotropie et des dimensions sur le retour élastique final du titane

Abstract

In the domain of formatting, the study of springback is very important. In this study, we evaluate springback using U-form stretch bending tests. Tests are carried out on Titanium test pieces using an experimental set up made in our institute. This apparatus can be mounted on a tensile testing machine and gives the possibility to vary several parameters to estimate their influence on the springback. These parameters are: sheet’s width, anisotropy and stretching height. The final springback is lower in the following cases: increasing of the clamping pressure, increasing of the stretching height, increasing of the sheet width, the stretching in the direction 45°
