Abstract

As part of the continuity of work in the field of shaping tools and also the recovery of glass waste, we will realize glass-based tools recovered as binder and therefore clean the environment and oxide of iron as abrasives. We will make pellets with 50% glass and 50% iron oxide and realized under different operating parameters which are: pressure, sintering temperature, retention rate, size of crushed glass grains after recovery After the completion of these pellets, we will do wear tests to see the wear resistance of these pellets, and therefore the life of the tools made.
