| Résumé: | The work presented discusses the fundamentals of CNC machines, their classifications and the principle of operation.
The object of this work is: design and realization of a CNC Mach3 mini CNC machine. This conception gave an advanced vision of the project even before its realization. Computer support through the SolidWorks2017 software facilitated this task. It allowed a three-dimensional visualization of different constituent parts.
The command part with Mach3 software is also started. A set of parts, procured from the market, other machined are assembled to concretize the geometric modeling while optimizingthe cost.
This machine will allow students of fine mechanics to write parts programs in CNC milling, simulate these programs on PC and finally run them. |
