This memory has an objective is the detection of micro linear displacements by optical way, in this context we applied a nondestructive optical technique and without contact, which is the moire technique which enabled us to detect micro linear displacements by interference materialize by scrolling the moire fringes on a screen. The resolution of the set up depends on the spatial frequency of the gratings used, which makes it possible to adapt the sensitivity of detection on function of the requise accuracy |
