Résumé: | In this work consists in the mastery of the elaboration of an alloy of Co-Ni-P electro deposited on an XC48 steel substrate. The objective of this study is the optimization of the parameters of electro nano coatings deposit of Co-Ni -P to develop metal films from an electrolytic solution. The electrochemical method used is Chronoamperometry.
The various electrodeposited deposits are characterized by different characterization techniques, namely: measure the microhardness of the surface before and after the deposition of Co-Ni-P by the microdurometer, the thickness by profilometer, observation of the morphology by AFM and MEB and determination of the composition of the EDX and XRF coatings of the percentage of the electro alloy deposited.
In conclusion of the work carried out, the results of deposited alloys offer good mechanical strength and open unexpected perspectives in deferent field of technology. |
