| Résumé: | Quality has become more and more important in the development of a company, whatever its field of activity. In other words, to manufacture products or services to ensure customer satisfaction, maintain and increase profitability by fighting against anomalies and malfunctions.
Natural gas heaters are danger to human life, The combustion of gas with oxygen must be complete, in order to avoid the leakage of carbon dioxide, which is dangerous for humans. To this end, the company must ensure that its production system and its control system.
In order to achieve this, set up a quality control process, we try to give some basic concepts on quality and quality control, we have generalized on heaters and discussed on natural gas heating.
