| Résumé: | Our work consists of studying biological media by spectrophotometry and infrared spectrophotometry. Studies are carried out on biological tissues with the collaboration of the pathological anatomy department of the CHU de SETIF.
The samples were taken from human organs and were prepared at the Pathological Anatomy laboratory using standard techniques of preparation for microscopic study.
In the absence of spectrophotometric measurements, we used microscopic for the morphological study of cell nuclei, then using a calculation program we simulated transmission and reflection curve as a function of the dielectric and physical parameters of media.
The result obtained thanks to the Matlab program which does not give the transmission curves of the different biological organs. |
