| Résumé: | This project summarizes the work done in the framework of master in optics and applied photonics, which is about theorical study of an infrared fiberscope.
In this thesis, we first studied infrared rays and we cited the materials that are transparent to them. Next, we talked about the detection of infrared rays and the methods of translation of these. In the second chapter the endoscopes are defined as their operating principles and the components of each type. Afterwards, the CCD detectors and the materials used in these instruments were explained as well as their purpose and principle of operation.
Finally in the last chapter a personal hypothesis has been put in order to realize an infrared fiberscope intended for industrial use |
