Résumé: | Recently, the industry community is focusing on the development of high efficiency and low cost Micro and Nano systems based on non-toxic and abundant materials. Among the materials that respond to this aspiration, copper oxide Cu2O thanks to its unique physical and chemical properties. The objective of this work is to achieve Cu2O nanostructures electrochemically on FTO substrates and to study the effect of deposition time on its photoelectric, structural, morphological and optical properties. Based on the Mott-Schottky measurement, the photocurrent to determine the type of conduction (p-type), DRX where it was shown that all samples are crystallized in cubic forms, AFM, SEM and UV- spectrophotometer VIS which shows that Cu2O is an absorbent with an absorption coefficient varying between 2.1×105 to 9.1×105 cm-1 |
