Résumé: | Obviously, the development of new low-cost photovoltaic materials and the use of energyefficient processes with high conversion efficiency and non-toxicity are essential. Zinc oxide (ZnO) has very interesting optical and physicochemical properties. The aim of the work of this master thesis is to develop thin layers of ZnO deposited on transparent conductive substrates by electrodeposition at different temperatures. Electrochemical kinetics studies have shown that temperature has a great influence on the deposition current of ZnO. The obtained deposits have been analyzed by various techniques of structural, morphological, optical and electrical characterizations. These results represent a good starting point for the development of low cost solar cells. This will allow a better understanding of the properties of this material according to the fields of applications. |
