Résumé: | This work is part of the diagnosis of rotating machines in variable regime, it shows the possibility of the use of analytical modeling and digital simulations to support fault detection in gearboxes. This work is aimed at predicting the dynamic behavior of gears moving at variable rotation speeds "non-stationary speed". For this a dynamic model of mass-spring type gear and 8 degree of freedom is developed. It includes the influence of gear and bearings faults and the variation of the rotational speed and acceleration on dynamic behavior. By also presenting the method of Newmark-b coupled with NewtonRaphson of iterative resolution of the equations of motion of the adopted model |
