Résumé: | Additive manufacturing is a technology that is developing rapidly in various fields because it allows the manufacture of parts with complex shapes that are difficult to achieve by traditional manufacturing methods.
This work, which is entitled "Simulation of the additive manufacturing process for thermoplastic parts", consists of designing, producing and characterizing specimens obtained by 3D printing using the FDM technique. First we will present 3D printing with these different processes based on the FDM process then we do the computer design (CAD) of the specimens to print them by FDM with different style of material filling.
After obtaining our specimens, we will characterize them by traction and do the simulation with the Abaqus software to know which is the best style of filling, the results obtained are discussed |
