| Résumé: | The emergence of technological innovations opens up new prospects for improving the quality of life for indi- viduals, including those with visual impairments such as visual impairment or blindness, who struggle with daily tasks and independent navigation on the road. Artificial intelligence (AI) is one of these significant technological developments that has found various important applications in our modern society. The aim of this project is to create a specialized Android mobile application for blind individuals that operates with artificial intelligence and phone cameras scanning the path and recognizing everything around us, then providing voice guidance to support their daily lives. If we ignore their needs and pursue innovation without consideration, many of those who cannot adapt to it will suffer. |
