Résumé: | Abstract :
As part of project, our work focuses on the design and production of a folding deviceof a bending device, used in various industrial sectors to bend sheet metalto bend sheet metal into specific shapes
the available shapes are u- and v-shaped, with the possibility ofv, with the possibility of adjusting the clearance between punch and die. This device is essential
improve the efficiency, accuracy and repeatability of the bending process, whileprocess, while reducing production costs The objectives of this study are :
-Analyse needs: Identify the technical and operational requirements of the device.
-Design the device: Create theoretical models and simulations
simulations for the folding device.
-Realisation and prototyping: Build a working prototype
prototype based on the designs.
-Testing and validation: Subject the prototype to a series of to evaluate its performance and effectiveness.
A detailed for designing this type of device, based on a set of specifications, is presented in this work. specifications is presented in this work, which we have divided into two parts :
