| Résumé: | The analysis of the essential oils of 187 individuals of Cupressus dupreziana by GC
and GC / MS has identified 38 mono and sesquiterpenes which the α-pinene and Δ3-carene
and germacrene-d are the majority components. The study of the antimicrobial activity of
essential oils has been carried out using the Aromatogram. The results show a very low
antimicrobial activity against all bacteria tested. The use of terpenoids for purposes has shown
genetic variability of intra-and interpopulations in C. dupreziana. This terpenes heterogeneity
reflects a genetic variability within species C. dupreziana. The study of heredity of this
species has shown that 11 mono and sesquiterpenes components have a trimodale distribution
and are under monogenic control. |
