Résumé: | This study aimed to identify the pattern of the organizational climate in the Algerian SOMIPHS,
the level of performance of their human resources. and there is a relationship between two variables,
and compared it with each of the Tunisian CPG, the Moroccan OCP. and also identify the impact of
personal and functional variables on each of the independent variable in the organizations under study.
The study showed that the organizational climate prevailing in SOMIPHS is closed, job
performance level average slant to weakness. In CPG was found that the prevailing organizational
climate was neutral and tended to be closed, and the level of human performance was found to be
moderate. Also it found that the prevailing organizational climate in OCP was neutral and tended to be
closed. level of performance was average.
With regard to the impact of personal factors, the study found that there are differences in
statistical significance in the perception of the workers of the reality of the organizational climate and
functionality in the three institutions, except in a variable of school level for organizational climate in
OCP.
Clearly The study shows that the organizational climate prevailing in the SOMIPHS and all its
component dimensions are related to a statistically significant positive relationship with the
performance of human resources. As it turns out the lack of statistically significant relationship
between organizational climate prevailing in the CPG and its dimensions and the performance of its
human resources. the organizational climate in the OCP and all dimensions associated with
statistically significant positive relation with the performance of human resources. |
