Résumé: The potential  expression  of  wheat  is related to environmental  conditions,  mostly 

tributary  on  water constraint.  Besides,  deficit irrigation,  the  genotype  performance  associated 

to  environmental management  of the plant  improves  the  water use efficience.  Indeed,  in  the 

medium where  water is scarce,  the preservation  in root zone  of  a  limited amount of water  by

suitable practice  of soil  reduces the effect of  the advent of a  water  scarcity  at sensible 

vegetative stage.  The  approach is based on  agricultural development  oriented  on  reducing  of the disturbance of soil associated to the use of natural resources in a sustainable improvement</description>
